ABOUT THIS HOME
Dellpoint is a complete reimagining of what the property was always meant to be. The original home no longer met the needs of the family, nor did it take advantage of the lot’s scale or its hillside setting. By starting fresh, the design was able to respond to both—expanding the home’s footprint, embracing the elevation, and creating spaces that support the way the family truly lives. Throughout construction, the vision continued to evolve, ultimately leading to the addition of a pool house and more purposeful areas to work, train, and gather. The result is a home that fits its site, functions effortlessly, and offers a better, more intentional environment for everyday life.
